Colombo, Sri Lanka, Aug. 26 -- Ministry of Defence and Urban Development issued the following news release:
High Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana to India, concurrently accredited to Sri Lanka, Professor Kwasi Obiri-Danso, paid a courtesy call on Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha (Retd) at the Ministry of Defence on 25 August.
During the meeting, the Defence Secretary and the High Commissioner engaged in discussions on matters of mutual interest and opportunities to further strengthen bilateral defence relations and cooperation between Sri Lanka and Ghana.
